Leading property and construction consultant is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor at Associate Director level to take over responsibility for the day to day running of their Public Sector business to include schools, health and universities primarily.
You will manage internal and external (sub consultant) Building Surveyors delivering a range of professional services including asset capture surveys etc.
This role is designed to free up the Director of Building Surveying to focus on their Commercial sector expansion in London.
